Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours vary depending on work load and weather
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of residential framing, including framing walls, setting trusses, and sheet flooring/roofing
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Read and interpret blueprints and plans to plan and execute tasks
Collaborate effectively with a team to ensure project success
Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
Strong teamwork skills and communication
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work efficiently on your feet
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Attention to detail and precision in work
Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
Must own personal hand tools and a tool belt
Previous construction experience preferred
