Apply now and become a part of our dedicated team!Why you want this position:Meals provided Lively working environment Pay: $22/hourShifts: 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. / 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Full-time, Part-time - hours ranging from 24 to 40 hours per weekOn-the-job training Growth opportunities Essential Functions and Duties:Train and supervise gift shop staff, create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak timesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and promoting a friendly and welcoming store environmentHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptlyOversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, and manage product displaysEnsure the store is clean, organized, well-maintained, and perform regular checks to ensure compliance with store policies and proceduresHandle cash management and financial transactions accuratelyQualifications:Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysProficiency in point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications and excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to lift, push or pull between 35lbs - 50lbs and comfortable standing, walking, and moving around the store for extended periodsAbility to pass a federal background checkGet in touch!
