Pay raises are given quickly based on performance, attendance, and attitude. Pay: $20 hour, depending on experience Schedule: 8 to 10 hours a day, depending on the jobMonday through Friday, start times vary but typically 6 a.m. or 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 5 p.m. This position starts Mid-May and can last into November depending on Montana weatherOverview:Starting the season installing walls, stairs, and patios Once the weather warms up, transition to landscaping by helping the crew with seeding, edging, stone installation, laying weed fabric, putting in bark mulch, etc. For most jobs, you will meet at the company shop each morning and ride to the job site together Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (wheelbarrow, bags of bark mulch, garbage cans) for the entire duration of the workday, but you also get to be in the great OUTDOORS of Montana!Requirements:Valid driver’s license with clean driving record so you can drive company vehicle You get paid for travel time when you are the driver Clean background and pass drug screen Ability to stand, stoop and kneel 8-10 hours per day Able to work in the elements Reliable transportationMake sure to bring your lunch for the half-hour break and lots of drinking water39326https://lcstaffing.com/jobs/hardscape-and-landscape-install-laborers/https://lcstaffing.com/lcstaffing-jobs/job-search/
