What We’re Looking For:

We need a resilient, strategic, and adaptable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift daily. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and five (5) years of HR experience (preferred, but not required).

  • HR experience in a generalist or business partner role , with a strong understanding of employment laws, workforce planning, and leadership support.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills , with the ability to pivot quickly and creatively solve challenges.

  • Strong interpersonal skills , able to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience facilitating change management, training, and leadership development.

  • A hands-on approach , ready to embed yourself in the business and work side by side with operational leaders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , with Meditech, Workday, and/or API experience preferred.

    What You'll Do:

As an HRBP, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the success of our organization by:

  • Acting as the go-to HR partner for leaders in ancillary services, helping them navigate workforce planning, talent development, and change management.

  • Serving as a strategic problem-solver , working alongside department leaders to create innovative solutions—no rigid playbook, just smart, adaptable thinking.

  • Providing expert guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement to drive business objectives.

  • Supporting succession planning, career management, compensation structures, and recruitment strategies to build and maintain high-performing teams.

  • Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and proactively address challenges related to turnover, staffing, and team effectiveness.

  • Collaborating with HR leadership and subject matter experts to implement HR programs that align with Logan Health’s mission, vision, and values.

  • Coaching leaders on performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to support a culture of excellence.

  • Working primarily on-site in Kalispell, with rotations to Whitefish , ensuring strong HR support across multiple locations.

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule Details:

Please know schedules and shifts are subject to change based on patient care and department/organizational needs.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
