Inventory ClerkA leading provider of communication and response products is hiring a Inventory Clerk.  As part of this company, you’ll see world-leading solutions brought to life by the best in the business. We are looking for someone who has inventory experience who can step into the role and pick up the reigns.As the Inventory Clerk, you would be responsible for the daily flow of materials in and out of the inventory spaces and the flow of documents that allow Purchasing and Finance to manage their processes.Schedule:  Monday through Friday, day shiftStarting Range: $18 to $20 Plus an hour, depending on experienceEssential Functions:Create and process purchase orders and obtain purchase order approvals, verifications and status updatesTrack shipments and document records and update electronic recordsLink the Purchasing Department with other internal departments and work together on pricing discrepanciesPractice constant verbal and written communication with internal and external customers regarding orders via e-mail, telephone, and in personExecute non-routine orders outside of job requirement reportsMaintain records retention using electronic and hardcopy filing systemsPerform data entry, faxing, scanning, and telephone conversationsAfter receiving onsite training, must be able operate forklift to transport, load, and unload suppliesQualifications:High school diploma or GED / additional higher level education preferredStrong computer skills, proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Must be able to work independently, listen, learn, and follow instructionsGet in touch!
