About the Position
We are looking for an IT Systems Support Specialist to be responsible for providing high-quality support to end users by resolving and preventing issues through system maintenance and upgrades. Works with various departments to provide implementation support for new software and hardware projects.
You’ll report to the IT Manager in our Kalispell corporate office, focusing on these key responsibilities:
Respond and track users request for assistance and resolve through multiple resources.
Provide implementation support for new software and hardware projects.
Provide backup to department colleagues as needed for vacations and planned absences.
Learn and provide process support to multiple operational systems.
Manage technology vendor support requests as needed.
Assist with hardware troubleshooting as requested by colleagues.
Provide aid on projects per IT Manager request.
Requirements
5 years of Information Technology infrastructure and applications experience
Experience implementing Information Technology systems.
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Valid State Driver’s License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and good judgment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide variety of individuals
Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Preferred qualifications
Advanced networking skills
Virtualized environment experience
Experience with UIPath
Microsoft, Mitel, Nutanix, networking, security, or other certifications
