Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for leading and training staff in clinical and scheduling operations. The ideal candidate will promote a positive practice image by efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth patient flow. Additionally, this role involves assisting physicians with patient examinations and treatments.
Qualifications:
CMA/RMA certification required
5+ years' experience in a medical setting
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Current CPR certification
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Leadership experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Oversees daily clinical operations, trains staff, and ensures optimal patient flow.
Patient Care: Assists with patient exams, procedures, and administrative tasks.
Scheduling: Coordinates appointments, referrals, and consultations.
Quality Assurance: Maintains high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
Administrative Tasks: Manages medical records, orders supplies, and handles billing and insurance.
Teamwork: Collaborates with physicians and staff to provide exceptional patient care.
