Logan Health Lead Medical Assistant - Urology in Kalispell, Montana

Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for leading and training staff in clinical and scheduling operations. The ideal candidate will promote a positive practice image by efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth patient flow. Additionally, this role involves assisting physicians with patient examinations and treatments.

Qualifications:

  • CMA/RMA certification required

  • 5+ years' experience in a medical setting

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

  • Current CPR certification

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Leadership experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversees daily clinical operations, trains staff, and ensures optimal patient flow.

  • Patient Care: Assists with patient exams, procedures, and administrative tasks.

  • Scheduling: Coordinates appointments, referrals, and consultations.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintains high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

  • Administrative Tasks: Manages medical records, orders supplies, and handles billing and insurance.

  • Teamwork: Collaborates with physicians and staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
