Express Employment Professionals Lead Teller in Kalispell, Montana
Seeking a Lead Teller for a local bank. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have a strong background in banking, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Work schedule; Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations:Process night drop bags and envelopes promptly.Verify the Transaction Management System (TMS) Report daily.Sort and process incoming mail each morning.Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, telephone transfers, and cash checks.Team Leadership:Oversee and manage the teller line to ensure efficient daily operations.Assist tellers with discrepancies and balance-related issues.Conduct cash counts for tellers during vacations or terminations.Support senior management in setting goals and implementing policies for the teller line.Deposit Operations:Coordinate daily deposit activities to ensure efficient processing and data accuracy.Monitor and maintain compliance with all operating policies and procedures.Currency Management:Order and sell currency from the Federal Reserve through UBB.Perform daily checks of the Night Drop (3:00 PM) and maintain accurate cash balances.Qualifications and SkillsRequired Experience:At least 4 years of banking experience in a supervisory role.Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Familiarity with general office equipment (e.g., computers, scanners, printers, calculators).Key Skills:Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.Strong customer service skills.Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.Knowledge Areas:Loan payments and credit ratings.Balancing coin machines, ATMs, and cash advance machines.Ready to apply?Click "Apply Now" or call Express Employment Professionals at 406-257-2255 to get started today!
