Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities
Assist with patient education and counseling
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Perform dialysis treatments as needed
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in good standing
Experience in nephrology or dialysis preferred, but not required
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for providing compassionate patient care

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
