In this role, you will play a vital part in our operations by managing the flow of materials and ensuring inventory accuracy. If you are a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in inventory management, we encourage you to apply.Wage: $17 to 19/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts Benefits: Long-term benefits include 401(k) with company match, ACA health insurance, paid holidays and vacation, Thursday donuts, Temp Employee of the Month, and performance goals celebrations!Essential Functions and Duties:Locate, audit and transfer kits or materials and assist with materials pick-up or drop-off at vendor sitesPerform cycle count to verify and maintain inventory; identifies and processes nonconforming materialPrevent accumulation of excess or exceptional material, move stock as requiredReceive parts and update inventory records; may perform transactions in inventory systems. Verify vendor delivery before accepting parts and/or inventory. May monitor, update and maintain shortage reports including review of work ordersPurge stock of excess and obsolete material, act necessary to rework, transfer, or scrap these itemsMay operate pallet jack, electric pallet jack and/or forklift, may drive a van or truck if necessary or operate overhead crane, trains other Material Coordinators as requiredRegulate and prepare material for delivery to the cleanroom environmentPackaging parts for shipping using hand tools to assemble crates for large shipmentsQualifications:Education: High School Diploma/GEDExperience: 1 - 2 YearsGet in touch!
