Location: Western Montana

Now, we’re looking for a Mobile Refueler & Lube Operator to join our amazing team in Montana and help us keep things running smoothly on the road at different job sites.

What You'll Do:

As a Mobile Refueler & Lube Operator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our construction projects by ensuring that our heavy equipment and vehicles are fueled, serviced, and ready to go. You’ll be working in the field, refueling, greasing, and performing preventative maintenance on a wide variety of equipment. Plus, you’ll work closely with our maintenance team to help keep everything in tip-top shape!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely service, fuel, and grease heavy equipment in the field

  • Keep accurate fuel logs and maintenance records

  • Perform small repairs as needed

  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly

  • Be a team player and lend a hand to the maintenance crew when needed

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

We’re looking for someone with a good mechanical background who enjoys working in a dynamic field environment. You’ll need a Class A CDL and a Hazmat endorsement (or the ability to get one). If you’re a positive, self-motivated person with a can-do attitude, you’ll fit right in!

Key Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience working around construction equipment

  • Mechanical experience or a strong mechanical aptitude

  • A Class A CDL (Hazmat endorsement required, or willing to obtain)

  • Ability to perform basic mechanical functions and troubleshoot issues

  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions and noisy environments

  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

    Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

  • Comfortable with repetitive motions and standing/sitting for extended periods

  • Able to work in all weather conditions and navigate uneven surfaces

  • Perform repetitive movements like bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting.

  • Sit or stand for long periods and navigate uneven terrain.

  • Work outdoors in all types of weather and noisy environments.

  • Frequent sitting

  • Occasional push/pull

  • Rarely bending/stooping

  • Rarely climbing

  • Occasional reaching

  • Continuous grasping equipment controls

  • Occasional fine manipulation

  • Frequent use of Foot controls
