Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of operations, taking control of the location and ensuring its success.Lead a dedicated team, manage facility operations, drive sales, oversee budgeting, and implement marketing strategies to promote services and enhance customer satisfaction.Supervise and coordinate daily operations - Manage scheduling, staffing, training, and performance evaluations of personnel.Oversee inventory management, procurement, and ordering of supplies - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase revenue.
