Responsibilities:
Greet patients and schedule appointments
Prepare and maintain patient medical records
Coordinate referrals and authorizations
Answer phone calls and provide information to patients and employers
Assist with office management tasks
Qualifications:
Requires experience in administrative support, preferably in healthcare.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Experience in a medical office setting preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology a plus

Schedule Details:
Please know schedules and shifts are subject to change based on patient care and department/organizational needs.
Office Hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
