This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to make a positive career change with a great company.Pay: $19 to $20/hourSchedule: Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Benefits for eligible employees:ACA health insurance401K with company matchPaid holidays and vacationThursday donutsTemp Employee of the MonthPerformance goals celebrations!Responsibilities:Support in-house customers, such as manufacturing, engineering, business unitsPortray a customer service approachInterface effectively and courteously with customers and co-workersUtilize Work Orders, blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions to determine powder coat process, procedures, tooling and fixtures requirementsPerform basic powder coating and/or assembly tasks utilizing standard powder coat equipment, such as powder coat gun, sand blasting, pressure washing, sanders, masking, and/or standard power toolsPerform visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specificationsUse calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, and other inspection toolsMaintain cleanliness of the work area and ensures proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock to prevent lossConform to departmental safety requirementsDevelop skills to perform basic, repetitive and manual activities in the jobUnderstand own tasks and how they relate to others in the teamRequirements:Basic communication skills and common courtesyHigh School Diploma/GEDUp to 1 Year ExperienceGet in touch!
