State of Montana Prerelease Operations/Facility Manager in Kalispell, Montana
PRERELEASE OPERATIONS/FACILITY MANAGER REHABILITATION & PROGRAMS KALISPELL, MT * * MISSION -Montana Department of Corrections is creating a safer Montana through Accountability, Rehabilitation and Empowerment. JOB OVERVIEW This is a new opportunity within the Department of Corrections and this position is responsible for the overall operation of a Department of Corrections-operated prerelease center located in Kalispell, MT. This position is responsible for establishment, implementation, and operation of a prerelease center program that is focused on public safety and delivery of services aimed at reducing recidivism. Facility readiness and program development will occur in the first 6 to 9 months of employment and will include tasks and activities related to: * Offender residential services * Facility and community security processes * Case management services * Treatment and programming delivery * Community outreach * Facility staffing * Facility infrastructure needs Once the facility is operational, this position will serve as the facility administrator, responsible for all aspects of the facility’s operation, including overall staff and offender supervision, facility safety, and service delivery.
