LC Staffing Quality Assurance Assistant Manager in Kalispell, Montana
Kalispell manufacturer is looking to add a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to their team.
This person will design and promote a quality mindset across the entire company while maintaining responsibility for managing all QA functions, working with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high quality products on schedule, and raising overall organizational awareness of customer requirements. Leadership efforts include aligning QMS and operating elements together to achieve strategy in a practical manner; reporting on the QMS performance and opportunities for improvement (ex: waste and non-value activities, process and tool consistency, individual competencies);
Application of GD&T
Training all manufacturing personnel on company QMS system
Identify opportunities for QMS improvement and changes.
Lead and complete timely Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), use a systematic approach to investigate and solve product and process nonconformities.
Manage internal and external audit systems.
Report QMS data and metrics to management / leadership.
Write inspection documents to ensure compliance with product, process and system requirements.
Direct supervision of quality assurance department employees.
Insures company AS9100 compliance
Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years’ experience in QMS management role plus knowledgeable in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), 5-Why Analysis, or similar systematic approach to problem solving.
