VACANCY: Retail Customer Support Outfitter

Department: Retail

Reports To: Group Sales Manager

Location: Kalispell, MT**

Position Overview:

Provide multiple support needs of the front check out and customer service areas. This will include assisting customers loading purchases into their vehicles and assisting cashiers with bagging, exit greeting, etc.

*Essential Job Functions: *

  • Maintain the standards of the parking lot by keeping shopping carts collected

  • Ensure the front entrance is clean and clear of any trash of debris. Keep trash cans empty and clean

  • Assist customers in loading and unloading merchandise

  • Assist cashiers in bagging as needed

  • Fulfill gun runner duties as needed

  • Build a relationship with the customers

  • Exit Greeting: Shake their hand and thank them for coming to Cabela's

  • Other Duties as Assigned by Management


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 0 to 2+ Years Experience

  • Hiring preference is given to those with solid customer service knowledge and at least 6 months to one year of experience in the customer service industry.
