Service TechnicianA local, longstanding, family owned and operated business in the Flathead Valley is looking for a Service Technician to join their team. This company is also willing to train the right person who has construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades experience. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing various types of equipment in clients' facilities. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Wage: $25 to $45/hour depending on experienceEssential Functions:Provide answers to client’s questions and clearly communicate information on the installation or repair of equipmentPerform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems and develop solutions to resolve themInstall and commission new equipment in client facilitiesTrain and mentor junior service technicians and provide technical support to customersMaintain accurate records of service calls and equipment maintenanceMaintain truck or van and keep stocked with supplies and parts for repairsQualifications:Ideally 2+ years experience in HVAC/R and Universal/EPA CertificationBrazing/soldering knowledge and solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systemAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsMust have a clean driving record Get in touch!
