SuperintendentMontana based innovative construction firm is looking for a Superintendent to add to their team. The firm has been in business nearly 40 years and handles commercial, healthcare, historical, infrastructure, remodel, and high-end residential projects. Essential Functions and Duties:Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finishCoordinate and communicate with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliersDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasksMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actionsReview and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specificationsConduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standardsManage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and approving invoicesCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design or construction-related issuesProvide leadership and guidance to project team members, promoting a positive work environmentQualifications:Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specificationsStrong knowledge of construction management principles and practicesExperience with construction estimating and budgeting processesFamiliarity with construction management software such as ProCoreProficiency in using scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft ProjectAbility to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailSalary: $76,869.44 - $92,573.95 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceThis full time, long term position is a direct hire, meaning you go directly to work for the company.
