Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a “Welder/ Fabricator” for a local Flathead Valley company! Work schedule; Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities: - Welder/Fabricator, helping with bidding and planning, good with customer service, read blueprints - Welding Operations: Performing various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and ARC, to join metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements. - Ensuring proper weld penetration, strength, and quality. - Metal Preparation: Preparing metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and removing any contaminants, such as rust, paint, or dirt. - Ensuring proper fit-up and alignment of metal parts prior to welding. - Equipment Setup: Setting up and operating welding equipment, including welding machines, torches, gas cylinders, and related tools. - Adjusting settings, selecting appropriate electrodes or filler materials, and ensuring proper shielding gas flow for optimal welding results. - Quality Control: Inspecting welded joints and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identifying any defects, such as cracks, porosity, or incomplete fusion, and taking appropriate corrective actions. - Blueprint Reading: Interpreting and understanding technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to accurately execute welding tasks. - Following welding procedures and specifications to achieve desired results.Requirements: - Previous experience in steel and aluminum welding - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Certified in welding or related vocational training“Apply Now” or call Express Employment Professionals at 406-257-2255 to get started today!
