Youth Homes is actively seeking dedicated Youth Counselors to join our mission of providing the highest quality care to youth in urgent need of a safe, structured place to heal and call home. As a Youth Counselor, you will work closely with staff teams to create and maintain a healthy, home-like environment within our homes, helping youth build a foundation for empowerment, and promoting a sense of positive identity, purpose, and value.

Who We're Looking For:
A responsible adult who can:
Advocate on behalf of youth in our program.
Serve as a positive role model.
Teach essential life skills.
Assist youth in accessing appropriate community resources.
Work with CPS workers to refer youth to additional services.
Initiate, coordinate, and facilitate meetings regarding the youth and document these meetings.

What You Need to Get the Job Done:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Solid moral character
Physical, mental, and emotional competency to care for youth
Good general health
