Wage: Depends on Experience.
Job Duties:
Assist Senior Manager by working as liaison between staff,families and vendors.
Serves as a team leader for cargiving staff, ability to work all shifts as needed; on-call responsibilities.
Assist with training of new staff and necessary paperwork.
Assist with resident's needs.
Order/shop for groceries and other essentials.
Answer phones.
Resident transport to appointments.
Assist with monthly medication setup and daily changes and MAT setup.
Conduct tours and offer information to prospective residents.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills: Good people/communication skills.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to make decisions independently.
Ability to multitask and be a team player.
