FIELD MECHANIC - CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT Classification: Full Time Seasonal Job Location: Montana/North Dakota/Wyoming
Position involves the maintenance, diagnostics and repair of various types of mobile heavy equipment in locations throughout Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming.
Essential Functions: Identify and complete preventative maintenance. Provide professional/technical advice to equipment operators concerning issues with equipment operations. Respond to and address equipment issues after hours if necessary. Complete regular equipment inspections and tune and configure equipment for optimal utilization and efficiency. Provide professional/technical advice to the Rolling Stock Manager on new and innovative ideas concerning equipment technology.
Class A CDL with tanker and HAZMAT endorsements required. Must be 18 years of age. Completion of grade 12 or equivalent preferred.
