Seeking an RN or LPN
WAGE: $35 per hr
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and implementing treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Utilize electronic medical record systems to record patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to aseptic technique and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Conduct patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and health history reviews.
Provide specialized care for patients with specific needs, such as neonatal ventilator support or memory care for individuals with dementia.
Administer medications, including injections, according to established protocols and guidelines.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in primary care settings is a plus.
Proficiency in medical record systems and electronic health records (EHR).
Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control practices.
Strong assessment skills to evaluate patients' conditions accurately.
Familiarity with neonatal ventilators for specialized patient care.
Experience administering injections and performing sutures.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
RN or LPN license.
