The Office Manager coordinates the public access at the Council on Aging and provides information regarding services and procedures to our clients and staff members. Manages as the major scheduler of appointments, clinics, workshops and is the contact person for the use of the building by the City of Lewistown. Acts as the primary telephone contact on the office phone system. HOURS: Full-time

WAGE: DOE DUTIES: - Greats visitors and assists the public with access to the facility and provides public assistance and information. - Provides telephone coverage and directs inquiries - Assists Fiscal Manager - Processes mail of the agency - Maintains CAPSTONE by ensuring all information added is accurate and timely. Attends training to stay current required usage of CAPSTONE. - Maintains general CO A e-mail account - Updates Aging intake forms and enters into CAPSTONE as required - Attends webinars or informational sessions for training and updates - Orders and maintains supplies - Assists Executive Director by providing reporting as requested

QUALIFICATIONS: - Good communication skills and good rapport with senior citizens and disabled individuals - Montana driver's license - Knowledge of basic to intermediate math skills - Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel - Knowledge of budgeting preferred - High school diploma or GED required * This is not a complete job description.
