CENTURY COMPANIES, INC., A HIGHLY REPUTABLE HEAVY CIVIL, CONCRETE AND ASPHALT PAVING CONTRACTOR BASED IN LEWISTOWN, MONTANA, IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: * PROJECT MANAGER Classification: Full Time Compensation: Wage is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience Work Location: Montana/North Dakota/Wyoming *Position Objective: This position is responsible for providing project management support to the Division Manager. Essential Functions: Responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of a construction project including: **
- Project scheduling and coordination with owners, general contractor, subcontractors, material suppliers, and other trades.
- Responsible for timely deliveries of required submittals, project restrictions, phasing and staging.
- Supervise Project Engineer and Superintendent (s) on project.
- Responsible for equipment selection, staffing and productivities.
- Managing financial oversight; estimating, budget review, change orders, billing and overall profit/loss reporting.
- Maintaining project records; timecards, daily productions, documentation and correspondence.
- Monitoring quality assurance.
- Managing fuel reporting.
- Coordinating tool and equipment tracking.
- Obtaining required permits.
- Coordinating and tracking deliveries of equipment, materials, forms, etc.
Competencies:
- Engineering degree or 5+ years experience in Construction or a related field required.
- Valid drivers license required.
