CENTURY COMPANIES, INC., A HIGHLY REPUTABLE HEAVY CIVIL, CONCRETE AND ASPHALT PAVING CONTRACTOR BASED IN LEWISTOWN, MONTANA, IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:
PROJECT MANAGER
Classification: Full Time
Compensation: Wage is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
Work Location: Montana/North Dakota/Wyoming
Position Objective:
This position is responsible for providing project management support to the Division Manager.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of a construction project including:
Project scheduling and coordination with subcontractors, material suppliers, general contractor, and other trades Supervise Project Engineer and Superintendent (s) on project
Managing subcontractors and material suppliers
Managing financial oversight, budget review, change orders and estimating
Maintaining project records, documentation, and correspondence
Monitoring quality assurance
Managing fuel reporting; Coordinating tool and equipment tracking; Obtaining required permits
Coordinating and tracking deliveries of equipment, materials, forms, etc.
Assisting in performing the work as necessary.
Competencies:
Applicant must be willing to consider relocating to Northeast Montana.
Engineering degree or 5+ years experience in Construction or a related field required.
Valid driver's license required.
