Education and/or experience equivalent to: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration - Certificate in Project Management - Demonstrated experience successfully leading teams and projects - Extensive experience in construction and/or electrical work Demonstrated Skills - Leading, planning, organizing, deploying groups of people and resources - Miscellaneous computer programs (Project HQ exposure a plus) - Familiarity with the Microsoft office suite - Ability read and interpret blue prints Travel: In region - Up to 50% of the time - Light duty vehicle (provided) Out of region - Up to 10% of the time - By light duty vehicle or plane Setting: - Sitting up to 75% of the time at a desk in an office setting - Standing or walking up to 25% of the time in an active construction setting Exposures: - Noise: Sustained, Job site exposures consistent with an active construction site - Lifting: Up ot 30 lbs infrequently - Weather: Range (including possible wind, snow, and heat) - Tactile: Limited grasping, pulling, pushing but typing and computer work required About us?. Central Montana?s premier Electrical Contractor is hiring for a Regional Manager to support the Helena regional offices of Central Electric, Inc. About the role?. The primary responsibilities of the Regional Manager will be to oversee employees, assign resources across the market area, develop future business opportunities, and participate in the estimating process for future projects. About you?. The successful candidate will have extensive construction management and/or electrical contracting experience and will generally enjoy the Montana lifestyle, be engaging, and intelligent. Once we team up?. Central Electric is offering this position between $75,000 and $100,000/year. In addition to base compensation, the employee and their spouse or dependents? insurance premiums are completely covered by the company, as well as funded retirement savings, and paid time off for personal days and holidays. The candidate must be able to travel within their region (not overnight) up to 50% of the time, and infrequently travel within the state overnight in a company provided vehicle. The work setting will often be in an office setting with frequent visiting (up to 50% of the time) active construction sites or varied service locations.
