We are looking for a skilled Bartender / Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing craft cocktails, managing inventory, assist with managing personnel and casino, assisting with ongoing menu development, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will also be expected to lead by example and motivate our team to meet and exceed our business goals. If you have proven experience as a bar manager or in a similar role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage personnel, knowledge of beverage and food service, familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, and excellent customer service skills- apply today! Duties and responsibilities include: Overseeing the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. Creating and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. Training and supervising bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, policies, and procedures. Monitoring and maintaining the quality of beverages and food served at the bar. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and sales. Collaborating with other departments, such as kitchen staff, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Continuously evaluating and improving the bar's offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events. Wage is hourly plus tips. Salary negotiation after 180 day probation period is completed.
