Experienced Bookkeeper - Heavy Civil Construction CompanyBookkeeper for a multi-state Civil Construction Company with related entities located in Libby, Montana. Will be an essential team member of the Noble Finance Team. Possess a positive attitude and have an open mind to learning all aspects of the company’s operations.•Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.•Back up for processing payrolls•Perform Bank Reconciliations•Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.•Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.•Maintains historical records by filing documents.•Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.•Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.•Any other duties as assigned•Previous bookkeeping experience preferred•Experience with QuickBooks OnlineBenefit Package:Company Paid Medical Insurance for employee + familyDental/Vision Insurance (Eligible 60 days post hire)Voluntary Life Insurance (Eligible 60 days post hire)Retirement plan (Eligible within the first 60 days) Paid Time Off
