The Clinical Coordinator Supervisor will work closely with physicians and clinic administrator to understand the needs, implement change, and continuously improve patient care. Work collaboratively with Physicians, Advance Practice Providers, RNs, LPNs, Mas and other department staff to meet the needs of our patients. Responsible for patient flow for providers as necessary through telephone response, triage, exam and procedure assistance, patient education, and direct communication with both the provider and Practice Administrator. Assists in direct patient care as needed. Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator- Supervisor will be responsible for oversite of EHR workflow optimization, further development of patient registries and clinical quality metric objectives, implementation of our Chronic Care Management program, training and oversite of clinical support staff, maintaining schedules for front office, providers and clinical support staff, oversight of state immunization program, continuing education for clinical support staff, monthly audits of clinical workflows and CLIA waived lab testing.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift hours, with occasional evenings

Educational Requirements: Registered Nurse licensed by the Montana Board of Nursing preferred. LPN, MA, CMA with equivalent experience in outpatient clinic setting. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Certifications in BLS required. ACLS, PALS and NRP, preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an RN is preferred. Preferred six (6) months to one (1) year of related work experience in a previous medical office or other related medical practice. Minimum of 2 -3 years supervisory/managerial experience required. 4 + preferred. Experience performing minor procedures and minor in-office lab testing under the CLIA waived test status regulations preferred.
