Construction Superintendent - Civil Superintendent for a multi-state Civil Construction Company with related entities located in Libby, Montana - Works closely with the Project Managers, Foremen, and crew to plan and organize activities relating to roadway, utilities, demolition, site projects, etc. - Manage and direct crews of up to 20 people on daily tasks to achieve project goals. - Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines through participation with the Project Management team. - Read, analyze, and comprehend complex plans, specifications, and instructions. - Degree in construction management or a minimum of 2- 3 years construction management experience as a foreman or superintendent, preferred. - Base Wage range: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour D.O.E - Additional hourly compensation for out of area work - Project specific jobs subject to Davis Bacon Wages - Benefit Package: - Premium shared Medical Insurance (Company pays 60% of employee premium; eligible 60 days post hire) - Dental/Vision Insurance (Eligible 60 days post hire) - Voluntary Life Insurance (Eligible 60 days post hire) Retirement plan (Eligible 1 year post hire) - Paid Time Off
