JOHNIES INC Experienced Auto Parts Counter Person in LIBBY, Montana
This position requires assisting both DIY and Professional automotive customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Applicant must have: - Working knowledge of automotive systems, and diagnostic ability to include internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, etc. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; ability to write simple correspondence. - Ability for advanced identification, trouble shooting and project assistance for DIY customers. - 2+ years of prior automotive parts experience; personal, or professional - Ability to locate and stock parts. - Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installation, etc. - Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc. - Computer savvy: possess the right skills and intuitive knowledge to operate modern devices effectively. - Help to maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot, etc. - Able to lift 50+ Pounds. - Have ability to work varying shifts, and possibly an occasional weekend. - Team Player mindset!!
Along with in-store transactions, this position will require local delivery of parts orders utilizing the company delivery truck, being able to drive a manual is a plus! Must have a valid driver\'s license and a good driving record.
