NORTHWEST COMMUNITY HEALTH CTR Nurse Practitioner/Certfied PA in LIBBY, Montana
Northwest Community Health Center (NWCHC) is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physicians Assistant to join its multidisciplinary primary care team. If you are interested in providing comprehensive patient centered care to families in rural Northwest Montana we have an exciting opportunity. The selected candidate will provide a broad range of care to patients of all ages, and be responsible to manage the needs of a distinct panel of patients including chronic disease management and follow up, acute care, and many in office procedures. All NWCHC staff participate in quality assurance projects and work among highly qualified professionals in setting goals of delivering high quality care to all. Successful applicants must be flexible with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment. NWCHC is an integrated behavioral health, primary care, pharmacy, and oral health delivery system in Libby and Troy Montana. Currently the organization is a NHSC site with a competitive HPSA score qualifying for loan repayment.
