CITY OF LIBBY Police Officer in LIBBY, Montana
Qualifications: Must possess Montana Basic Peace Officer Certification, have the ability to transfer certification from another state or complete entry level testing with the Libby Police Department consisting of a written exam and the MPAT (location, date, and time to be announced later). Duties: Perform general duties of law enforcement to include but not limited to: Enforce all local, state and federal laws, protect life and property; serve warrants and papers as directed; appear and testify in civil and criminal proceedings. Frequently requires strenuous physical activity and the ability to work changing shifts in all weather conditions. Be capable of conducting major criminal investigations with minimal assistance. Working closely with the community and other law enforcement agencies. Wage: Entry Level, lateral DOE
