Park County Senior Citizens Corporation Senior Center Coordinator in Livingston, Montana
PRIMARY DUTIES: Facilitate programming, including classes, resident support, games, meals, music, education, speakers, and resident relations. Recruit and support Center volunteers. Member/Donor/Grant activities including, but not limited to, maintaining member and donor records, collecting membership dues, sending acknowledgements to donors, and grant record keeping. Support marketing activities including, but not limited to, social media, monthly newsletters, and other advertising activities as needed. Answer phones, email, and regular mail on behalf of the Center, including tracking invoices received and communicating urgent items to the board. Assist with planning and facilitation of special events, fundraising and other activities sponsored by the Center or in partnership with other community organizations. Serve as a liaison between residents and Property Manager, and as a secondary contact for residents in the event of an emergency or if the Property Manager is unavailable. Assist prospective tenants with the application process Communicate and coordinate with resident liaison to support residents. Provide monthly reports to the board Maintain a clean and safe environment at the CenterPROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS: Exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic with all affiliations of Park County Senior Center.
