Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Field Project Manager , to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and oversee the successful execution of field projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, safety, and quality standards.

NOTE: We are expecting projects to start in April 2024.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing construction and security systems field projects, ensuring successful execution within budget, timeline, and quality parameters.

  • Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Overseeing the installation, integration, and maintenance of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.

  • Managing construction activities, including coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction codes.

  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to established goals and objectives.

  • Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards.

  • Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project execution.

  • Leadership and communication: Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills for guiding teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Construction and security systems expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of construction and security systems processes, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Planning and problem-solving: Proficiency in project planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving to ensure successful execution and address challenges.

  • Attention to detail and adaptability: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability to manage project documentation and adjust plans based on changing circumstances

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Safety certification: Possessing a recognized safety certificate, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment. Including OSHA30 certification Holding an OSHA30 certification, indicating a thorough understanding of occupational safety and health regulations.

  • Quality control experience: Having experience in implementing and managing quality control processes to ensure adherence to project standards and specifications.

  • Risk assessment and management: Proficient in conducting risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.

  • Project management experience: Demonstrating expertise in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of a project to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Design understanding: Having a solid understanding of design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure project requirements are met.

Salary Range:

$92,200.00 - $161,400.00
