This is a multipurpose position in which duties range from carrying out basic patient care tasks as directed by the Activities Coordinator to overseeing a variety of operational activities for the department.

As an Activities Assistant at Intermountain Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our residents receive the best care by:
Providing Support: Working under the direction of the Activity Coordinator. Assisting nursing and other personnel in providing resident activities programs as well as direct resident care within the scope of your certification, training, and meeting regulations.
Infection Control: Using proper infection control policies. Accompanying patients to activities and functions.
Documentation: Accurately and efficiently documenting your work. Continually expanding your knowledge.
Facility Improvement: Helping improve our facility and safety programs. Communicating compassionately and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Montana or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire
Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire
Valid Montana Driver's License and proof of insurability
Ability to pass a safe driving session conducted by the facility maintenance manager

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$16.56 - $21.53
