Miles Community College Admissions Counselor in Miles City, Montana

Miles Community College is seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, self-driven Admissions Counselor. This position is responsible for the College’s recruitment efforts, which includes travel to college fairs and high school visits, conducting campus tours, coordination of Preview Days and campus visits, and communications with prospective and new students of all ages, backgrounds, and academic interests. Qualifications: This position requires an associate’s degree with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong skills in Microsoft Office products and databases, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are required. Previous experience in sales, college recruiting, or marketing is preferred. Previous experience with a student information system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel long distances, drive at night and in inclement weather, lift 40 pounds, work occasional evenings and weekends, obtain a passport, and present oneself in a professional manner.
