SCL Health Athletic Trainer - College and High School in Miles City, Montana

This full-time opening is located in Miles City, MT. It will support the athletes of the Custer County School District and Miles Community College.
And since Miles City is a growing area, this role comes with a $3,000 Relocation Bonus and a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus.

Montana Sports Medicine is a program of that has been providing athletic training outreach services to southwest Montana area schools for over 20 years. Our program currently has contracted services with colleges and high schools all over the state.

Your day.
As an Athletic Trainer (College & High School) you need to know how to:
Identify the needs and develop programs and services within the budget constraints
Educate the athlete and/or patient and family as part of the treatment plan and rehabilitative process.
Documentation of all healthcare for injury tracking system
Perform injury evaluation for any injured athlete/patient.
Make independent decisions to develop and modify specific treatment plans for each individual injury and rehabilitation for each injury.
Your experience.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field. (A Master's degree is preferred.)
Current licensure by the Montana State Board of Athletic Trainers (LAT).
Current BOC certified status.
Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
