Employment Status: Part-Time (.5 - .74)

Hours per Pay Period: 0.60 = 48 hours

Starting Wage DOE: STARTING WAGE

Responsible to maintain patient records and perform a variety of related clerical duties including scanning and scanning validation, chart location and tracking, and facilitation of release of information authorizations and coordinates with the Billings Clinic HIM release of information staff who perform the release of information; and ensures accuracy and completeness of the medical record.

Minimum

High School or GED High school graduate or equivalent
1 Year experience in a hospital, physician clinic or other related medical area, preferred
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered
