The employer is hiring for a Receptionist/Administrative Support position that will play an integral role in customer service and provide organization strength to our company. This is a 40 hour per week position from March-December and 20-30 hours per week depending upon workload in January and February. Will be responsible for answering phone calls, setting customer appointments, general small business office work, contract and document preparation and other related tasks. The starting wage is $17.00/hr. Benefits include: company matched retirement plan, paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid holidays during the season, and health insurance. Requirements include: friendly and personable demeanor, must possess knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, and knowledge of Quickbooks. Must have a willingness to take direction and complete tasks, possess organization skills, communication skills and the ability to learn new tasks. Must have a high school diploma/GED education level, must be capable of maintaining customer business and employee confidentiality. The employer is willing to train. Duties: Ability to work in a fast paced office environment, ability to answer phone calls and email in a professional manner, ability to greet customers and answer inquiries or show them to the correct personnel, ability to messages and deliver messages, input incoming jobs into landscaping software, prepare and send out invoices in a timely fashion, maintain cleanliness and organization in office areas, receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries , and distribute subcontractor/vendor payments as directed by the office administrator.
