STALLARD & ASSOCIATES PC Receptionist/Office Manager in MILES CITY, Montana

A local CPA firm is hiring for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Office Manager position. Duties will include answering the phone, greeting clients, assisting clients with document signatures and other general office duties. Will be responsible for mail pickup and delivery, and making client appointments. Position also includes managing accounts payable and receivable for the firm. Applicant must be a team player, must be able to work under stress and work well with others. Position is full-time, with the option of reduced summer hours. The employer prefers an Associate's Degree in business or 2 years of experience working directly with the public. Experience with Word, Excel and Quickbooks desired. The hourly pay will be based on experience and benefits include vacation/sick leave, paid holidays, retirement plan, health insurance benefits and paid Friday afternoons off in June-September.
