Job Title: RN or LPN

Type: Full Time: 40hrs/week

Wage: LPN ($24.43-$25.13 hr/ DOE + $2,500 retention bonus); RN ($30.40-$32.38 hr/ DOE + $5,000 retention bonus)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to our diverse patient population, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including conducting assessments, administering treatments, and performing follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.

  • Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote health and wellness.

  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in patient condition.

  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Cultural Competence: Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population, respecting and valuing their unique needs and backgrounds.

    Qualifications:

  • Current MT or multistate RN or LPN license

  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program

  • BLS Certification (upon hire)

  • Valid driver’s license
