WESTERN PROLINE Warehouse Position in MILES CITY, Montana
The employer is hiring for a full-time permanent Warehouse position. Will be required to operate basic heat welding tools, grommet machines and similar machines along with being able to operate all non-powered hand tools. Simple Daily Maintenance tasks will be expected. Will be required to manufacture various products and therefore required to configure machines for various situations. This is a very physically demanding job that requires extensive upper body strength. Must be able to lift and pull up to 100 lbs. Will also be on your feet or kneeling throughout the entire day. Operate light machinery. Required repetitive motions with hands and fingers. Essential Duties/Responsibilities include: Assist more experienced operators in daily tasks; Able to describe the attributes of a good heat weld and/or seam; Maintain good housekeeping of work area and operate all equipment safely; Communicate status of work details and projects; Able to identify all materials used by employer and use; Ensure all labor and materials are consumed to assigned task and reported correctly; and Pass the forklift training class. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; Communication skills, read and comprehend verbal and written instructions; Mathematical and Analytical Skills; ability to read a tape measure and basic math skills. Bonus structure: All employees are bonus eligible upon being hired. Bonuses are factored on a tiered structure based on time served, attendance, and quarterly reviews. Health insurance is provided for employees. Employer covers 85% of the cost. Hours are Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with overtime required occasionally from 3pm - 5 pm. Wage starts at $17 per hour.
