Headquartered in Missoula, Montana, Jackson Contractor Group, Inc. (Jackson) offers superior General Contracting, Construction Management and Design-Build services. Established in 2000, Jackson has quickly become a regional general contractor employed by local, state, and federal agencies as well as private clients. The BIM Detailer will work directly with project teams and other Jackson Contractor Group (Jackson) staff on a variety of needs related to estimating, planning, and coordination. The BIM Detailer assist in model management, VDC specific initiatives and VDC coordination between the design team, the engineering team, the specialty trades, and operations.
Work closely with project teams on developing BIM implementation plans, project startup methods and workflow strategies
Assist project teams with Revit modeling requirements, content creation, and coordination efforts
Manage and organize Revit detail and family libraries for use between projects
Provide Revit/BIM quality control, including model maintenance, reviews and application of best practices
Assist troubleshooting and resolving Revit/BIM application issues
Assist in the facilitation of 3D virtual trade coordination of work in the field.
Assist in the maintenance of BIM models for field operations.
Review models from designers, subcontractors, and others to ensure proper coordination and installation.
Assist in the validation of model-based project as-builts by trade subcontractors.
Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DESIRED
