Requirements Talents, skills, and abilities:· Ability to, under AWARE’s Unconditional Care Philosophy, develop and implement individual treatment plans with the knowledge of behavioral, clinical, and mental health interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of assigned clients.· Must have the interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn behavioral, clinical, and mental health care methods, and to follow oral and written instructions.· A BS/BA Degree in a Human Services Field.· Minimum of one (1) year of direct work experience.Benefits:AWARE proudly offers an excellent benefits package, uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, professional growth, and achieving financial security.
