Due to explosive and exciting growth, we are seeking a Construction Manager to join our telecommunications construction team in Montana market -- ideally in the Missoula or Butte area.
Not in Montana now but still interested? The Role
The Construction Manager will be responsible for supporting all phases of day-to-day utility construction for a variety of projects across Montana. Always with the top focus on safety, but also balancing people leadership, compliance requirements, the achievement of budgetary and timeline targets, and customer relationship management - just to name a few!
Requirements
Prior knowledge or experience with telecom construction is required
Open to a variety of schedules; evenings and/or weekends as needed
Ability to travel daily as needed
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
Ability to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains and job sites
3 years of total relevant experience including significant experience in a supervisory/leadership role required
OSHA 20 certification (or ability to obtain) is ideal
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully pass all pre-employment items (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen) is required.
