Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics SL Analyst to provide technical leadership and support for our payroll and custom transaction processing workloads. This role is tasked with working with business users to support the transactional business flows including: payroll and tax preparation, solving medium-to-complex system and process issues, and supporting implementation of new business units.

This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The person in this position must be capable of working independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will promote continuous service quality and improve the economic standing of the operation.

  • Work with business users to maintain data integrity of payroll data

  • Work with business users to maintain data integrity of transactional processing system data

  • Serve as primary technical resource for payroll and transactional processing platforms

  • Monitor system operations to ensure compliance with industry best practices, customer contract requirements, and HIPAA requirements

  • Analyze processing issues and determine necessary corrective actions

  • Work with IT team to implement corrective actions and confirm results

  • Work with business users to plan system configuration and processing changes

  • Work with business users to process large volume new account implementations

  • Other duties as assigned


  • 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics SL payroll

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server queries and database structures

  • Experience researching and analyzing data integrity issues with relational database platforms

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles for payroll processing and health care claims processing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to organize and plan work independently

  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
