Position: Enterprise Applications Analyst (IT)
Location: Missoula, MT (Remote Possible)

Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) is seeking a dynamic, experienced and engaging individual to fill the position of Enterprise Applications Analyst in our Missoula, MT location. The Enterprise Applications Analyst will be responsible to work in a fast growing environment to support various technical systems by engaging with internal users, external customers, and business partners. As an Enterprise Applications Analyst you will document, support, improve, and train on our IT systems and processes. The successful candidate will become an expert in supporting these systems and understanding the reasons and processes that dictate how CDCN runs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage a high number of IT tickets
Monitor processes and software to ensure efficient delivery of services
Manage support calls from both internal users and external customers
Troubleshoot issues with IT systems and remotely access devices to get screenshots
Work with external customers to evaluate escalated issues
Coordinate with internal users and IT team to determine optimal solutions for new and existing systems
Provide excellent customer service
All other duties as assigned
Must be able to relay technical information to non-technical users and understand employee's needs
Basic SQL and database understanding preferred
Understanding of basic development principles
Strong navigation skills with technology including Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Maintain a meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Experience with medical records or HIPAA requirements preferred
Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
